No markings to show where the office is. I had to duck under a partially open overhead door to get inside. Then they didn't want to take my extra cartons back. "Why did you get so many?" he asked. Pretty funny considering your ad which encourages people to get more cartons than they might need. He tried to get me to take the cartons to another uhaul loacation. I told him I didn't have time, and he finally relented and paid me for the extra cartons.

Jesus SIt was very unclear where to pick up, where to return, and when to return. When asked I was given differing answers based on where I called. I was then charged forty dollars for a late fee instead of 30. I also was not given my free thirty miles like we were told. Overall communication from U-Haul to me as well as consistency between who I talk to lacked and should have been better.
