If I left the vehicle with considerably more fuel than when I picked it up, why do you charge me for the additional miles. Honestly that is a huge missed opportunity from a customer satisfaction point of view.

MICHAEL LService at location was excellent. However, the app is horrible and I wasn’t able to check in through the app and it took me 30 minutes to check out through the app after hours.
