I made a reservation for 8:30 am at other location but was told they didn't have the size truck we wanted. So, I was transferred to Park Street. Unfortunately, that location doesn't open until 9 am. No one informed me of this.

STEPHEN BThe trailers back door would not close. Had to use excessive force to get it down. I requested a refund since I did not use it and they charged me anyways. Not happy about this
