It is frustrating that you changed my pickup location to be so far away from my move when there are several U-Haul pickup locations by my starting and ending address. Not only is it inconvenient, it also meant that I had to pay extra mileage to and from the site I did not select. Also, this is not a great pick-up location coming from the north, since you have to make a U-Turn to get to it.

I reserved a truck at another location. 30 minutes before my scheduled pickup I got a text that my pickup location had been changed. I wanted to return to the location where I had rented, told that would cost $300+. I drove 5 miles. Your system says I burned 2.5 gallons? The gauge looked exactly the same to me. Truck was great. Rental price was too.

The staff were very friendly and professional. However, the vehicle was not wiped down and I could see dirt and sticky cupholders. I would recommend this place to a friend but hope that the staff can double check equipment before renting it out.

First the location was changed and we were charged for the milage of the location change. Second customer service was terribly unfriendly at this location. Third the we returned the truck during business hours and the doors were locked.

The location was fine the service was good. The issue is where we had to pick up the truck. Got a call the day before pick up to tell us the truck wasn't 10 minutes away As originally set up but a hour away. NOT GOOD!
