The gas station that the U-Haul was at looks like it’s abandoned. Grass and trees are overgrown. I wasn’t sure how to upload pictures in the app when I turned in the rental, but the guy said no problem I will do it for you and you will get a email for your receipt in 5 to ten minutes. 2 hours went by without any email, so I drove back to see the guy sitting behind the counter on his phone and said how about I get the keys again and I’ll try to upload the pictures. He said sure and gave me the keys. I figured it out and gave him the keys back as he was still on his phone. I won’t even do business with that location again!

Asked for furniture dolly and a hand truck. Neither where there ready to go.
