The pickup location on OUR reservation did not match the pickup location within the UHAUL system. This created confusion and extra driving. When we reached out to Uhaul for clarification, they simply said their computer updated that morning and confirmed our pickup place. There was no acknowledgement of time lost on our big movig day or of the stress created.

The unit worked well and it was a 300 mile haul. The only issue is that I drove 25 minutes to pick up the trailer only to find out that the location didn't have it and I was sent to another location which was only 5 minutes from my house. A simple email or phone call could have resolved that.

Shawn cThe gas station that the U-Haul was at looks like it’s abandoned. Grass and trees are overgrown. I wasn’t sure how to upload pictures in the app when I turned in the rental, but the guy said no problem I will do it for you and you will get a email for your receipt in 5 to ten minutes. 2 hours went by without any email, so I drove back to see the guy sitting behind the counter on his phone and said how about I get the keys again and I’ll try to upload the pictures. He said sure and gave me the keys. I figured it out and gave him the keys back as he was still on his phone. I won’t even do business with that location again!

Juan MThis was a convenient place to drop off but it was a gas station and the clerk wasn't helpful or knowledgeable about my drop off. I was given a location to park it and that was it. I figured out how to unhitch the trailer (luckily we had some people with us who could lift it off the vehicle), left it there and left. I didn't check the app or was provided any information on how the drop off was supposed to go. I called the number in the app once I got home and they didn't understand what I was talking about (didn't know what a u haul drop off was). I will have a better experience next time since I've done it once already.
GREGORY Rtruck was difficult to get out of parking spot
David RCharged me for a utility dolly but only had a regular, didnt help with this, started with a quarter tank, turned around and charged me for a full tank when I returned it with a quarter tank. Uhaul sent me driving around in this truck to find a utility dolly, only to not have them at said uhauls. Wasted gas and miles because they dont put serial numbers and keep track of dollys. A mess!

Brian LThe truck ran horribly. The method to get my information wouldn’t work right, took 25 minutes. The inside of the truck was clean, but the truck didn’t run well at all. It sputtered and choked up if you tried to go the speed limit.
