I was over charged for an extra day and price per day then insurance when I had my own. Overall not satisfied with the dishonesty and fraud charges.they called me saying I needed to return the u haul by 8 am on Friday which I was there and returned it but was charged until Saturday and a rate they didn’t tell me about and insurance when I have my own. Not happy with this location at all
Alysia WThe pickup location on OUR reservation did not match the pickup location within the UHAUL system. This created confusion and extra driving. When we reached out to Uhaul for clarification, they simply said their computer updated that morning and confirmed our pickup place. There was no acknowledgement of time lost on our big movig day or of the stress created.
JEFFREY DThe unit worked well and it was a 300 mile haul. The only issue is that I drove 25 minutes to pick up the trailer only to find out that the location didn't have it and I was sent to another location which was only 5 minutes from my house. A simple email or phone call could have resolved that.
