The truck cab was dirty at pick up so I was charge a 8 dollar cleaning fee at drop off. The check engine light was on and I was told to ignore it, but most frustrating was a message was on telling me I only had 43 miles of gas at pick up. Frustrating to say the least. I have rented at least 20 times from U-Haul and this was the worst truck and experience. My favorite was when I went to return the truck I was never told they were closed all weekend and so when I called U-Haul national, I got no help. I may or may not use U-Haul again.
