My truck was an hour and a half late. My reservation was for 8am and the truck was delivered at 9:15am and it was filthy. The previous renter has transported dirt and it covered the entire truck and got all over my furniture.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkPeople at the pick up counter were lovely but the truck was in poor condition: over 100,000 miles, blown out shocks, vibrating brakes, and 2 warning lights on the dashboard lit up the whole time.
Robert AA few negatives outside of the location's control: 1. Headlight was out on the truck for the whole time 2. Didnt get all of the blankets for the move--only half 3. when opening the plastic of the blankets, they were all damp and had not been dried properly 4. I dont know yet what they are charging me (full rate or a discount for these issues)? Positives: 1. I love everyone in this location 2. they are the absolute best 3. I would follow them to the depths of hell :-)
