Joan M.Worst experience and cost me to loose some of my personal belongings because we could get it into that size truck…. Our move was for a 3 bedroom home with a 2 story garage and that's all we could get was a 10' box truck when our reservation was for a moving truck!!!!! Beyond livid and no sorrys can begin to make up for the problems this caused!!!
Wendy G.The employee at the location was very unaware and unprepared of our rental, despite the fact that I talked to U-Haul customer service earlier that morning to confirm details. My husband had to wait about 30 minutes past the agreed upon reserved time for the employee to inspect the truck, and we were not provided the correct additional equipment we requested (appliance dolly). Because of this, the dryer was actually dropped and is now ruined. We were very disappointed in this experience.
