The trailer light connection on the truck was not reliable; the trailer lights did not consistently work. Problem was corrected by using a 7x4-flat adapter. Agent treated me like an ignoramus when I reported that the lights were not working: "Did you try turning on the light switch?" The truck had a bad exhaust manifold leak when cold. It became quieter as the engine warmed up. The ignition switch and gear selector were worn out - difficult to select the proper gear and the switch was loose. I rented a 10" truck. The national scheduler called me the day before the rental said there was a high demand for larger trucks in the Pittsburgh area (apparent Lie #1 - I counted 23 20" trucks at the Pittsburgh drop-off location) and asked if I would take a 20" truck instead. I did not and was assured that a 10" truck was available and my reservation would not be impacted. (Lie #2) 20 minutes later the state (ND) scheduler called and said there were no 10" trucks available so I would have to take a 15" truck instead. He also said I would have to pick up the truck and the trailer at two different locations (Lie #3). Getting the equipment from two different locations was an inconvenience that was unnecessary because the location that had the truck also had a trailer - in fact it was already hitched to the truck. The larger truck got much lower fuel economy, about 8.5 mpg for constant speed expressway cruising at 60 mph, and the extra room was not needed, so the resulting cost to operate the truck was significantly higher than necessary for the 1500 mile trip, and the truck was more difficult to drive in traffic than the smaller one would have been.

DAVE FI was supposed to pick up the truck in New Town ND. The closet 15 ft truck was in Mandan ND which was a 2 hour and 45 minute drive one way.I rented 36 blankets on the U-Haul site, they had 12 blankets.
