The pick-up location wasn't open yet when I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle (which I knew in advance). I used the app to complete the check in process. When I got to the email and phone number, it said it was already in use (yup, sure was, because it was for MY RESERVATION). And I couldn't advance any further beyond that. So I had to wait in the rain and thankfully someone from inside the shop saw me out there and invited me to come in and he helped me fix the problem so I could pick up the vehicle. The customer service person who opened the door was incredibly nice and very helpful to me. I really appreciated that.
