Wasn’t able to pick up my rental until 1 hour later then expected, no key in lockbox left then had to go back and forward spoke with the person in the gas station he told me he didn’t know and that the uhual rope were there. Paid for a dozen moving blankets he gave us a bag and said he doesn’t know about it only had 6 moving blankets in it. Just a bunch of back with uhual support

JOHN FThey said I could drop the truck off at a location closer to my home well U-Haul charged me $250 when I asked the man if I could drop it off near my home he stated sure just call Sunoco and you can drop it off there. Well when I got the bill it was $300 higher than what he quoted never again
