Uhaul corporation to research their “movers help” companies better. I picked one of their recommended moving help companies and they were scammers, I am still wondering was missing in my home. They came and left the home after 10 minutes roaming around the house. Dear U-Haul Customer Service, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the appalling and unacceptable experience I had with two movers hired through your Moving Help service. I expected trained, professional movers ready to complete a straightforward job. Instead, I received nothing but unprofessional behavior, lack of effort, and outright abandonment. From the moment they stepped into the house, the movers began complaining about the amount of furniture—even though they had been provided clear instructions beforehand. We had fewer than 25 large items—not an entire household—and everything was clearly outlined for them in advance. These were standard household items, and there was no excuse for confusion or disorganization. What followed was simply outrageous. Within 20 minutes, they had only managed to move one small dresser into the U-Haul truck. And then, without a word, they disappeared. No explanation. No professional courtesy. No indication of whether they were coming back. They simply walked away from the job as if it was acceptable to leave their clients stranded mid-move. As a result, my husband and son were forced to do the entire job themselves. They loaded every piece of furniture while your so-called "movers" vanished without completing any part of their contracted duties. And even after all that, we are still not finished. We have not yet been able to move the washer, dryer, china cabinet, refrigerator, or the entire contents of the master bedroom, due to this ridiculous situation. We hired U-Haul movers to lessen the burden of moving—not to be left completely unsupported and scrambling. What was supposed to be a coordinated, efficient process turned into chaos and exhaustion, and I hold U-Haul directly responsible. Given the circumstances, I am demanding the following: 1. A full refund for the Moving Help service that was never rendered 2. Reimbursement for gas expenses, since my family ended up doing the job 3. An additional day of U-Haul truck rental at no charge, as we still need time to finish what was left behind I expect this matter to be handled swiftly and seriously. The key lockbox was broken so the doors were unlocked. The furniture pads were missing from the truck upon arrival. There was no key Dropbox so I had to find a gas station attendant to give them to in hopes I didn’t get charged.
Jacob DHave someone sitting at the desk, specifically for Uhaul rentals. When returning the key on the day of the move, I was told to leave the key on the desk of the office. The next day or so, I received a call from uhaul claiming I never returned the keys and were wondering how much longer I’d need it so they could predict how much to charge me. Once I heard the message and responded, the problem was solved. Better communication

Never mind the back of the truck before I can do any of my stuff I had to get rid of empty boxes that they left in the back of the truck the gentleman at this location was very rude and not helpful and I personally would never use this location again
