I made reservations for a 20’ truck with 6 blankets and a dolly at the 4167 US-90, Marianna, FL location. I was directed to go to the 4610 US-90, Marianna, FL location. The truck I reserved was not available. I had to take a 15’ truck without any blankets and no dolly. I also had a difficult time submitting pictures of the truck because of the glare from the sun at 8:40 a.m.

Super nice. But there was a hole in the roof of the trailer. We didnt catch it right away and the customer service lady on te phone was horrible. But I really liked the lady at Marianna
