Both Uhauls needed service. One had no night taillights and was a hazard for me to be driving. The second U-Haul had a system malfunction and lit up like a Christmas tree with SERVICE ADVANACE TRAC, ABS, TRACTION CONTROL, HILL ASSIST ERROR MESSAGE& FAILURE OF CRUISE CONTROL. I was forced.ro drive it back to a location since no area manager called me back. I was constantly calling UHaul. I am very distressed over this and shouldn't be charged for either Uhaul and deserve some sort of compensation for the entire fiasco. On top of that, the dealer at Shell thought I was his parking lot attendant and charged me EXTRA as heard hy the representative who I had on speaker phone and evidenced by the email he sent because I refused to rearrange the uhauls in the parking lot.

Staff at this location was very friendly and helpful. I will note the online check in process seemed to take longer than it should.
Chris LThe only critique I have is that the back of the truck where I was putting my belongings was filthy and smelled like gasoline. Otherwise, the location is great, people were nice and it was easy to rent and very affordable.
