PATRICK MI ordered blankets and an appliance dolly. When I arrived, I was handed the key - no mention that the location did not have any blankets or appliance dolly. When I went to the truck, I discovered that there were no blankets or appliance dolly. When I turned on the ignition, there was a service tire monitor system message that covered the odometer reading - making it difficult to track the mileage. Have not had this experience with u-haul when I rented from a u-haul location. While it was convenient to use this location and the attendant corrected my bill, I will return to renting from a uhaul store.
