I would never rent from this location again. They were not helpful, couldn’t answer any of our questions, didn’t want us to document existing damage to the first unit they tried to rent us, and were frustrated when we reported broken trailer lights and requested another unit. I find it hard to believe they properly service their units.

The location manager did not check-in my truck until 11 days after I dropped off the truck. He refused to check it in because of the damage that had done by the previous renter didn't have the appropriate stickers on it. I didn't find this out until 11 days later when Uhaul called me to let me know it had still not been checked in. I tried calling the location I dropped the truck off at several times, but his phone did not work. I go to the location ASAP and he was a completely rude to me about the damage done to the truck. All I wanted was for him to let customer service know the truck was delivered on the correct date. That still didn't happen because the invoice I received says today's date instead of the correct one. I'm furious with this experience and will definitely not be using Uhaul again after this negative situation.

Uhaul system was supposedly down, so it took 45 minutes to get the truck. No apology from clerk, just kept saying it was uhaul''s problem.

The person on the phone taking my reservation DID NOT mention the extra insurance, nor did he mention it when I signed the paper. When I went to return it, he had snuck the insurance charge on the rental and proclaimed that it was too late to remove it. Was very irritated at the extra $15 charge, when I thought I was getting a good price based on the information provided at checkout. Very disappointed.

When I originally reserved this van online, I specifically selected the "no insurance" option. When I picked up the van, the cashier asked me if I wanted the insurance and I said "no". When the bill was printed for me upon return, there was a charge for the insurance and the cashier said there was nothing they could do about about that I would have to come back and speak to his manager. I would like the fees for the insurance refunded to my credit car immediately. Thanks, Thomas

My reservation was moved to another location because the place I choose did not actually have the equipment on hand. Took over 40 minutes to actually rent the equipment because tge person doubled as the lone cashier for a Valero. I was charged twice for the use of the car dolley within 12 hours of my initial renting of it. Unable to return my equipment and get my receipt via the website. Charged another $3 fee after I was done.

i think that the guys working the counter can be a friendlier and act like they care about the customer. i felt as if i was making their day more difficult. not to mention, both at the time of rental and at the time of final payment, i had to ask if we were finished because they simply looked away and started doing other things. the truck itself, though, was clean and worked fine.

The people at Valero were rude and not helpful. We called to inform them that there was personal items and trash in the truck and they said for us to just throw it away. They were very rude about the situation and had no customer service. There was a used feminine product laying in the truck which is unacceptable and we will not be using this service again.

I felt upon the return the owner/store manager treated me like I was a burden to him and that I was a bother. Secondly - I asked for a dozen furniture pads and they came in 2 - 6 packs nicely in a sealed plastic wrapping. I never opened either package and didn't use them at all. I did tell the agent that, however, he still charged me for them. All he had to do was put them back in the room for the next customer. They were never touched or open. I thought that was poor customer service.
