This location provided no assistance attaching trailer to truck/hitch. I had to do everything myself. As a first time user, this was very frustrating and time consuming. The fact that I needed to be somewhere 1.5 hours after the scheduled pick up time (which seemed like plenty of time when I made the appointment given that the place I needed to be was only 10 minutes away) and that I was late for that only exacerbated the matter.

The back of the truck had not been swept out, the floor was full of sand/dirt. But the rental process was efficient, and location convenient.

This is an active gas station walk in customer back and forth. The station operator had us wait while he took care of those customers. Not friendly at all.

I booked the reservation 30 days in advance at a nearby Ace Hardware. The day before I needed it, they did not have one and sent me to the large U-Haul store on Hwy 92 in Woodstock. Woodstock called me and said they did not have a truck and sent me to this Valero gas station. Gas station clerk had to deal with me, lottery customers and gas/food customers. However, overall not too bad. After 6 years renting a 26' truck, I sure would like to get one of the new 26' Ford Triton V-10 trucks the next time.

Truck had broken Christmas ornaments, a piece of a bed frame, and rice all in the back. I had to clean it out before I could put anything in it. Also, personal items (jacket and jump drive) were left in cab. Obviously, nobody checked it when the previous user returned it. The location and simplicity of check-out and check-in were positives.

Rental was reserved for 11am and we came at 12:30 and it wasn't ready to go. Owner is not very good at working Uhaul's softward and he was understaffed at the gas station so the pickup took 30 minutes. Would never rent from this location again.

The customer service we received was awful. I rented blankets for our move and we were told he didn’t have any at this location. When we went outside we saw in another truck to see many blankets. I was refunded for the blanket charge, but that still didn’t help the fact I had no moving blankets for the move. The man at the register tried to charge me twice and I had to explain multiple times I had already paid. I would not go back to this location.

I made reservations using my cell phone and inadvertently selected blankets and a dolly. What I wanted was the truck and a appliance dolly. I was forced to pay for blankets and a regular dolly that I never received. I am not happy about this situation and want U-HAUL to refund the charges for the blankets and regular dolly that I did not receive.

Vehicle dash lights did not work. I also could not control the interior light as a result. The cigarette lighter shorted my radio broadcaster. The tail lights were out on the vehicle (which I only know thanks to a kind police officer). I had to drive with the cabin lights on to see how fast I was going which is quite dangerous at night and it was raining outside. Service at the front desk was abismal. I would like some money for my radio broadcaster since it's fried now.

I used the truck for 4 hours the gas meter was not full. I drove 22 miles and return the truck. the attendant told me to fill in full the gas tank. I did an oh surprised for 22 miles I have to pay 8 gallons of gas????? Give me a break!!!!!

Yes, the vehicle was clean. No, it was not well maintained. - The brake pedal is so soft that unless very careful the accelerator is pressed when braking. VERY DANGEROUS.
