I was charted 60 bucks for insurance....I was told 30 which is what I had paid earlier at another U Haul vendor the same day for another service. The truck ac was barely working...we were sweating. The truck was not dirty but it wasn't clean either. I won't recommend this location to a friend...coz I feel I was charged extra

Again, just based on my overall experience with getting a truck reserved, I will not be recommending U Haul to anyone. It takes five minutes to call a location and make them aware that they have a reservation pending and that it should be confirmed as of a certain date.
