I was charged an extra $30 even though I returned the vehicle within my time frame. I have a picture of the time I returned it but it was entered that I returned late. There were maintenance notices and I couldn’t see the mileage. That should be kept up

I dropped the key off in the drop box. It was a little difficult to find.

REED GNothing needed. The vehicle was clean and well-maintained and the rep was kind and efficient.
RICHARD QBoth Uhauls needed service. One had no night taillights and was a hazard for me to be driving. The second U-Haul had a system malfunction and lit up like a Christmas tree with SERVICE ADVANACE TRAC, ABS, TRACTION CONTROL, HILL ASSIST ERROR MESSAGE& FAILURE OF CRUISE CONTROL. I was forced.ro drive it back to a location since no area manager called me back. I was constantly calling UHaul. I am very distressed over this and shouldn't be charged for either Uhaul and deserve some sort of compensation for the entire fiasco. On top of that, the dealer at Shell thought I was his parking lot attendant and charged me EXTRA as heard hy the representative who I had on speaker phone and evidenced by the email he sent because I refused to rearrange the uhauls in the parking lot.
