Everything was easy and the owners were easy to communicate with. I've used other uhaul locations in the past, and this is the best one I've used.
OLIVIA SActually have uhauls n customer area so not forced to pay $50 extra to use service. And actually allow uhauls to be returned n area as service says.

SALLY DGot charged for fuel like stated above. Only needed a 20' truck. Had to drive an hour out of the way to pick up a 26' truck so it probably costed more in fuel for us with the bigger truck. Put $100 dollars of fuel in the truck which was the most the pump would allow and still got charged for 7 gallons of fuel. Not Si Towing's issue. Just overall was not a very good experience.
