Staff were great. Physical location is problematic for parking and pulling out safely related to electric poles, blind spots and being able to pull out onto the road safely. I do not feel confident driving a large truck and things would have been a lot easier if there were improved room and visibility in the lot. Next time I need a UHaul I will look for a location that has easier in and out access.

BRYAN KThere was alot of rescheduling of our appointment due to personnel problems at this pickup site. I was told original time was not available due to need for lunch break. We could have used information on how to hook car up to trailer, I was told to look it up on UTUB.
