I returned the equipment to a place on Rt. 37 south, just north of 148 on the same day I rented it, on Monday I get a call saying where's the equipment. Poor communication by all the uhaul employees in encountered.

10 mins after we left the pick up location the truck would not start. It took at least 30 mins for the problem to work itself out. The woman behind the counter was so helpful. She was doing everything she could to help. We were very satisfied with the service, but not with the equipment.
