The pick up process was horrendous. The app was confusing and i had lots of issues. It took us 30 minutes plus and 3 phone calls. Also the place I reserved was not the place i picked up. Very difficult
Dominic P.This should not be a drop off location during their off hours. Their entire parking lot is fenced in and the entryways are locked/gated if they're not open. The only option is to park the Uhaul blocking their gate or down the gravel road next to their gated business lot. Very confused to why this is a drop off location at all. During business hours it makes sense, but if they aren't open? Confusing and not a good setup - AT ALL. You cannot get to the "drop off location" that the signs point you towards. (Again, behind a locked gate)
