My experience with U-Haul was terrible. There was a lot of miscommunication. I will save money to use a moving company next time. I went to several U-Hauls, including locations in Harvey and Gretna. The wait times are always long because U-Haul doesn't have enough workers, usually only one person at the counter. I was told my total was different from the quote I had. The workers at the Gretna locations are nice, but they definitely need help! 5/10

Great service
Sandra SThe person there was very knowledgable and dad me on my way very quickly. The only thing we could not find was the name of the dropoff locatin near to my final location so I checked the box that I would find the nearest one to me. When I arrived at Buffalo Warrior Way on Tuesday afternoon the weather had knocked out the power but they accepted the trailer and told me they would check it in on Wednesday when the power was back up. I was told Wednesday that I was going to be charged a fee because I did not return the trailer to some other location you had selected. It would have been nice if you would have let me know where this location was before I got to BWW.
