JEFF WThe service at the Marseilles location was great. However, the information I received over the phone from a UHaul representative was not so great. I was told a king size bed fits into a 5x8 trailer when in actuality It barely fits and only with a very tight squeeze, almost damaging the mattress. Had I known this I would have waited for a 6x12 which is what I had originally requested but was not available on the date I chose. Recommendation: U-Haul reps should have a chart of very common items available to give information which trailer fits what. That would have helped take the guess work out of the equation.
