The location was closed. I never received any notification of my reservation being transferred. Although I chose to be contacted via text messages, I feel that warrants a phone call to ensure knowledge of the new location of pick up. Due to the request of everything submitted via online/app, I had no knowledge that of someone needing to be present for pick up. I do not appreciate the attitude that was given to me for getting a car hauler that was "only for local use" when I had no knowledge of that information. Again, I do understand I requested preferred text message notifications, but if major changes are made then that warrants proper notification and speaking with the person who reserved the equipment.

Georgia Auto Repair was a great place to pick up my trailer. Everything was ready for me when I arrived, and the process was quick and simple. I sincerely appreciated the owner connecting the trailer to my Jeep.
KRISTA OI didnt mean to have the 8$ insurance on there, maybe that was my fault lol. ill be using this location again. guy at the front desk was nice. I hooked my trailer myself bc he was busy , he checked it and I was on my way! no complaints.
STEPHEN CMy trailer was not checked in when I dropped it off. I called UHaul a couple of days after and the verified the trailer was at the drop off location and that the contract was not closed. I received an email copy of the closed contract later that night.
MARK HWhen I arrived the owner told me they had moved me a different location and they couldn’t help me. I told her I would hook the trailer up myself and she allowed me to rent. Horrible for business
