From this particular location I can't find anything else to improve they had excellent customer service it was easy to extend the rental and pricing was very reasonable I would highly recommend this particular location and I would personally rent from them again

Had no prior knowledge of uhaul rep at this location was not there at pickup, had to stand out in the rain taking pics and sending over my phone

RAY WI signed up for the discounted price because my time was flexible and I was able to drive it to a farther location to drop it off, I never got my discount and was charged full price and still had to drive it to the farther location and when I called about it they said I would be reimbursed at the drop off location I was not.
