Reservation at a different place was not honored. This provider was happy to rent us the uhal. We will use them again in the future. Great experience

I have a pending charge from U-Haul because I dropped off here when my original drop off spot rejected the truck. Said they didn’t have room. I called U-Haul and they sent me here now I’m being charged for moving my drop off location. Next time I’ll leave it at the first location whether they want it there or not

Javier LUpon returning the trailer, I was told that they did not know how to process a reversal, or really how to handle an unused return. Willing to update my review once they have returned in total the $134.09 for equipment that was unusable. Very dissatisfied overall.
