We reserved a 15' and only option when we arrived was a 10' truck. We were told they were the same price. The smaller truck meant more trips. Which turned into more money due to the extra trips.

abel M.U haul didn't have a car hauler available in my area. I asked if I could rent it somewhere else and return it to my area and was told no. I was renting for a week for a trip. I was told they were moving box trucks and could not move a trailer. Don't box trucks have hitches? I had to drive 1.5 hours out of my way twice to rent and return this trailer. Customer service and convience have always been the reason I use U haul. If that has gone away I'll find something eles.Steve Youngman
