I was called at 7:00am and told I had to be there by 7:30am or no one would be there to process the rental even though I had an appointment for 9:30am. Better than just not being there at 9:30, but aggravating. The guy in front of me at the pickup counter was being told he had to be back by 8:00am with the proper hitch to pick up a trailer when I got there. So I wasn’t the only one impacted. Store manager said he had requested all rentals be denied that day but Uhaul took the reservations anyway. I reserved the trailer for 24hrs. The app requested a pickup location but said drop off location was optional. When I got to the store, the manager said I had to return it to his store in 24hrs. I was headed to Wilmington NC. I wasn’t going to bring it back to his store. He canceled the reservation and started a new one to Wilmington. The price was more than double.
Dexter BI still haven’t received my deposit people in the middle of moving and you got a hold on money that’s needed! It takes you seconds to take the money off the card but I have to wait now going on 3days and still no money so no I will not do this again
