The vehicle, though mechanically well maintained, was filthy. The back had not been swept out and both the back and front was loaded with animal hair. More animal hair in the cab than in the back. The truck smelled of something awful that never went away. Still got the job done!

Chris BI originally had scheduled to pick up the 26 foot truck in Collinsville which is across the street from pick up location, when I arrived there were no trucks at all on the lot, I got no heads up from U-Haul. that they did not have a truck for me. Thankfully the smokers choice location had a 20 foot truck available, unfortunately we were not able to fit everything in since we really needed a 26 foot truck but it was close enough that we can get the rest with two cars. We did get a reduced rate on mileage, but we only put a total of 30 miles so it really wasn’t a big discount. So again, very happy that the smokers choice location at least had a truck we could use
