The spring loaded pins holding the ramps in the closed position, were rusted and seized up. I had to break them free and lubricate them before they would work to load my car.

The truck we had was clean but definitely needs to be looked at! Brakes were very hard to press, it felt like the axle was welded to the frame, like there was no suspension at all. Almost like driving on square wheels.
