Due to a broken belt, the truck lost power steering and brakes. U-Haul sent a service tech and it took several hours to fix which meant I could not pick up and drop off everything I needed to due to time constraints. I understand that the problem was a U-Haul company problem and not the fault of the rental location. However, I feel like should have received some sort of compensation for lost time.
