My particular model did not have a backup camera, nor was it an air ride vehicle, of which would have been nice for a 26 foot truck.

robert lThe online after hours experience was hell for a middle aged, non tech person. Our phone assistance through Joseph was patient but it took ungodly long to pick up our vehicle. Not location’s fault. This is a uhaul thing.
Sarah MEquipment was clean but a tire was out of balance and rattled my furniture for a 7 hour trips. I had screws loose and out on furniture when I arrived. Luckily no bad wear because of how we padded it. It was a miserable drive. There was no way for this location to know however.
John GThe drop-off location was clean and the personnel were helpful and friendly. The overall drop-off process was easy and straightforward. My only suggestion would be to improve the parking and space available for customers, as it was somewhat difficult to find enough room to park and maneuver the vehicle. Other than that, it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend this location.
