Excellent customer service!
Michael BThe person in the dispatch office was having problems with the computer and could not issue a receipt at time of my pickup. They did not have the amount of blankets I requested ( only charged for those I received ). When receipt was received online, I was charged $ 250 more than quoted originally and had to pick up and return to locations different than requested which supposedly changed the rental amount and added approximately 50 miles travel time just to get the equipment, none of which I was made aware of before renting. This was not my best experience with U-Haul! Location personnel not very professional.
