Kindly do not charge for gas even if the gas has already filled upto the gauge where a customer has picked up. I got overcharged in my experience with U-haul (Nass vape)

ALI AAli was super helpful with accommodating my changing schedule and is a generally very pleasant person to work with.
Shelagh KThey didn’t have the vehicle ready at my pickup time, but arranged one only after I mentioned it was a guaranteed booking. I returned the vehicle in less than 3 hours, as per my agreement, but they left the booking open for 3 days. I had to follow up with U-Haul multiple times to get it closed. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend them unless you’re willing to settle for a poor experience.
