Setup 10:30 am pickup time , was at location on time hours of operation said 9am to 6 pm. When I arrived sign on door said return at 11:15 am. Had Uhaul movers waiting.No explanation what to do?

Frank KI have only dealt with Nick (Mgr) and Rob there. Both gentlemen made my visits/renting there, very pleasant. Nick made the partaking of the LEASE, very welcoming/inviting and he was cordial and knowledgeable of the process. Their Facility looks IMMACULATE, inside/out!
