I have only dealt with Nick (Mgr) and Rob there. Both gentlemen made my visits/renting there, very pleasant. Nick made the partaking of the LEASE, very welcoming/inviting and he was cordial and knowledgeable of the process. Their Facility looks IMMACULATE, inside/out!

BRIAN WI made reservations for a 20’ truck two weeks prior and when I arrived for pick up, there was no truck there. I even had the app with the confirmation. It was such a hassle bc all my helpers took time off for the move then I had to go to another location to pickup. It was really inconvenient bc my storage was at the same location I made my reservations.
