First of all, my pickup location was pushed here from Potsdam, 25 miles further away, which is unacceptable. Then, this location had almost no stock of ANY materials, including the dolly and furniture blankets I had reserved with my order. That’s beyond ridiculous for a company specifically offering packing and moving services. The truck I received was well past due for regular engine maintenance. My booking specified a moving distance of over 1000 miles, and the resultant poor MPG of an aged, poorly maintained truck cost me extra in fuel. Some of this is on UHaul, but this location should at least be prepared for customers.
