Bradley BLET THE CUSTOMER KNOW IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO BE OPEN WHEN THEY RETURN IT. I RETURNED IT AT 2PM ON A MONDAY AND I DID NOT KNOW THEY WERE NOT OPEN AND I HAD NO CLUE WHAT TO DO WITH THE KEY ETC. I FIGURED IT OUT BUT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHOWN AHEAD OF TIME JUST IN CASE.
Christy KNo problem with location. The return app/ uploading photos was very frustrating. Made me restart 3 times. Ultimately gave up.
Robbin MThe van I got was brand spanking new. I love that it wasn’t clapped out and had a camera and lane keep. Transit vans are super easy to drive. The people at the store representing uhaul were extremely friendly and funny when talking to them. Definitely will go there again if I ever need another uhaul.
