The manager was not there and my reservation was late also we paid for extra equipment that was not in the truck and we still had to pay for it, horrible, manager was out smoking pretending someone else was in charge but he was the one in charge…

Rowen FThis place was completely out of my way, I rented a truck for a one way drive from one store in Medford to a location in levittown. When I got to the location, they rented out the truck I was supposed to use. Plus I took a smaller truck and had to return it the same day. It cost me more in gas and time driving back and forth. I was not happy with the service and the inconvenience.
