The location was not clean, but the owner or manage that I spoke with was very helpful and the return process was simple.

There was none at the location, but that did not make the drop off difficult. This location could use more cleaning and tidy ups.
HARUO AU-Haul, everything other than this location was horrible! Booking, emails, texts and phone calls were all terrible!
mark aThe attendant was the mechanic and was the only one there. He told me it would save me $20 if i checked the truck in myself. There was very little signage so it was not clear that it was the right place.
Christopher YIt looked like an abandoned gas station. The gentleman working was nice enough but didn't ask to look at my receipt or anything and then he calls me after I had left and said I needed to bring it to New Bedford (which was not the case, my receipt from newport clearly stated I was dropping it off in Mattapoisett.)
