A 15 foot truck was reserved for Sunday morning. Then I got a message the next day and they told me my picked location didn't have that size, but Mauston annex did. That was an extra 10 miles each way, but I said that would be fine. Then the following day I was told Mauston annex did not have that size, but they did have a larger 20 foot. I was stuck at this point because I needed a truck. Picked up the 20 foot truck and it was so low on gas that the warning light came on within 7 miles. Not a great way to run a business.

THOMAS ZI’m disappointed that they needed to charge me for 2 gallons of gas when I had it full at drop off! I should have taken a picture of the gauge but forgot.
Shelly EI was informed by the attendant that I was being assessed an additional $185 as my mileage exceeded the allowance stipulated. When I inquired if this included my additional two hours of driving to get all of the moving equipment that I had originally reserved, I got a blank stare and no answer. This is a sham and a piss-poor way of conducting business, yet I have heard similar stories from others. Should I require the use of a rental truck in my future, I will look to Budget or Enterprise.
STEVEN DI cannot think of anything they could do differently. They went above and beyond to accommodate me to ensure I would have a trailer available for a holiday pickup.
