The gas wasn't on 1/4 when I got it
Warren HI was charged an additional $15 for fuel, when I have pictures to prove that I returned the vehicle with the exact amount of fuel that I took delivery with. Other than that, no one was rude to me.
WILLIAM PThe mileage on my return was incorrect. The system charged me for an extra 8 miles. This was confirmed by and area manager who was at the lot with me. He told me to file a CAF and he would make sure I was refunded. I do not know how to file a CAF but my photos should prove the mileage was incorrect.
Caleb RI didn't go inside. The man that checked me in was courteous but after I told him about the difference in miles when I reserved and the miles on the paperwork he acted like he couldn't do anything about it.
