Have equipment checked and ready for issue. Have personnel assist customer with concerns. This is the first bad reviews I have made. I haven’t rented many trailers because I usually have one on hand and I don’t think I will rent from U Haul again anytime in the near future. I asked to be compensated for my lost time exchanging the first unit and was basically told, “Oh no we don’t do that. My time is just as valuable as anyone’s.
