Original rental location , 1 Stop Mailbox, had issues trying to checkout my rental. Chatted with support & found out that the location had to set up my rental for app pick up. They were very helpful in finding another location that had a truck available, however, it was further away and I incurred more mileage than had planned for. They turned a bad desperate situation into one with a solution to get me a truck to meet my needs.
