BILLY SVehicle was clean and in good condition; however, when I picked up the van, it had 335 miles on the digital gauge. I drove it about 20 miles and returned it, adding $7 worth of fuel. Despite this, I received an email stating that I was being charged $7 for a fill-up, even though I returned it with more fuel than it had at pickup. Additionally, the employee was unprofessional. It took him a while to answer the door so I decided to try and check in online, while I was trying to complete the check-in online. He finally came out and told me I need to do the check in process with him. During the process, he asked several personal questions, such as why I moved and about my phone’s area code, which felt inappropriate.
