The truck seemed to have issues accelerating and did not feel like it was running as it should. It didn’t have any lights on but it most definitely didn’t feel like it was running well. Then after we returned it I was supposed to get a refund and the man was trying to charge me a $25 cleaning fee when I left it with more gas then what he gave it to us with and cleaner than I received it. I even uploaded the pictures to U-Haul that it was clean it didn’t have any mess. I’m guessing he just didn’t want to refund any extra money? Idk then he sent me an email requesting more money with a receipt that had a signature which I didn’t sign but with my name about paying him the $25 more dollars which honestly it’s not the amount it’s the fraud this man is and I only saw him very little I couldn’t imagine actually doing business with this person. On a good note the truck was available the app was very easy and simple to work with on getting the U-Haul and keys and etc but never again from that location

CHERYL CCharged me a ridiculous extra gas charge because the gas line was literally a hair line under 3/8ths full. Ridiculous location wont be coming back or recommending to anyone.
JACOB HIt was chaotic at best and I asked if I was gonna have the rate I was promised and told yes! I later found out this wasn't fixed so I called UHaul and let them know. Also I wasnt advised about the strict cleaning policy that I found out later and 2 small items came Up! I had moved many Many times previously while 20yrs in thr Military. I was very annoyed and upset. Hoping this is cleared up soon.
Gabriel SThe original location I booked on line for pick up no longer rents trucks. Imagine my stress when I showed up to pick up. I was directed to another location where I was able to pick up a truck. I recommend that UHaul update their service locations on a more regular basis.
