The original location I booked on line for pick up no longer rents trucks. Imagine my stress when I showed up to pick up. I was directed to another location where I was able to pick up a truck. I recommend that UHaul update their service locations on a more regular basis.

The man, assuming owner of the studio was snippy and acted nearly as though my rental was an inconvenience. I can’t tell if he is just awful by nature, if it was a bad day for him, or what but I won’t be renting from this location again just on principle. Another thing I rented from here with the expectations on it being an asynchronous check in and check out, but instead was barked at about it being removed from digital check in even though I full completed it. And then I was cornered into giving over the keys when I got to drop off 5 hours early because “the drop box will be open all night”. Fix your systems friend.
TAYLAR KThe third party person renting the U-Haul added dirt and twigs from their place of business and then charged a cleaning fee.
