Desk agent was super helpful and kind. Rental location changed less than 24 hours before to a location that was 20 minutes away instead of 5 minutes away which make things more difficult

The seal on the driver side door of the unit i used was damaged or somthing and it was leaking water when it rained all down my arm and side and honestly that pissed me off a little
