I had requested a pickup in Greeley Colorado. The day before we were told we had to pick up in Mead. That is 30 miles out of the way. I was very upset. The traffic was horrible the exit was closed making us go 10 additional miles out of the way and it cost us 50 minutes. When I was angry on the phone I was hung up on by Cynthia and Jackie. They had no compassion for this inconvenience that U-Haul put us through. They were very unprofessional. Yes, I was angry but all they said is we can cancel your reservation. Not possible as we were moving my 92-year-old mother. On your reservation when you schedule it says reservation, not request. It should state that your request for pick up location will probably be moved to the nearest available location. It would save a lot of grief. This is the 2nd time in 6 months that my location was moved. Not acceptable. When we got to the pickup location that employee was very helpful. Anna the supervisor on the phone was helpful.

MARK FGreat experience! This isn't something UHaul can control but I would just let customers that cell service, for me at least, was limited when I picked up the equipment making the virtual check-in process longer than expected. However, drop-off it was much better for some reason so it was probably my cell provider. Location was easy to access and convenient.

CHARLES S1. Office was closed, so personnel were not available to be helpful. 2. Returned on a weekend, and cell service was very poor, so had a VERY hard time returning using the app. Took way longer than it should have.
