Have functioning computers Open when pickup scheduled (U Haul changed location from one that did open at scheduled time but did not change time to match the new location. Mirrors would not stay adjusted (I used duct tap to keep them in place) Tires had something in them (water?) that when cold (18 deg F) were so out of balance the vehicle was difficult to control. Bracket fell off ramp making it impossible to stow

Carrie LExcellent customer service. Unit was in excellent mechanical condition. The pickup location took the time to connect all the equipment properly. Check out was fast and easy. The lady checking us out was extraordinarily nice and helpful. The only quip was that the previous renter had spilled some sort of chemical (likely floor compound, or something silicone based) inside the cargo section of the truck. Even after airing it out for a day, there was still a slight pungent chemical odor inside the truck. The unit would likely have required a full washout to remove whatever spilled on the floor. We put plastic sheeting down over the floor which prevented the odor from transferring to our furniture and boxes. We informed the drop off location about it so it would not be re-rented until properly cleaned.
