We were supposed to pick up at a different location but U-Haul changed it at the last moment. The truck was very new but lacked technology. No electric windows, no cruise control, no Apple play, no USB.

Scott LSpecifying that when the truck's gas tank is empty, the limited reimbursement from U-Haul is only a fraction of the cost the fill the truck, and not what is implied by "the truck is on E, fill it and U-Haul will reimburse you." $40 reimbursement for $130 fill-up is not what was expected, especially when local rental only driven 50 miles.
