Pathetic worst experience in my life. We were ignored overcharged and were yelled at by your staff, which is totally unacceptable and I will tell everybody that I know what his experience was like with your company and your staff.
Charles MPick up and drop off quick. Friendly staff. Trailer had some issue with the tire causing excessive vibration on the highway. Made for a miserable 300 mile round trip.
PETER FShow price points for all U-Haul rentals on the website. Did not realize mileage is not included in the cost when renting trailer.
