JOHN LSo upset. Rented a van to move my son home from college. Got in van and saw there was a low tire pressure warning on van. Went back to tell service tech and he advised I can drive it or go get air in the tires. I needed the van so I took it but then had to drive to fill the tires with air so I was safe driving. Told service tech when I got back and he did not seem to care. Also found fast food wrappers in van which I disposed of. This is not how I have experienced U-Haul before and I am completely annoyed that I paid this much for a van that had lights on and was dirty.
