The office said they were to be open 9am -5Pm We landed at 1;30 ish and the door was locked. We had to call the Calgary office to get help to complete the pick up . She was extreemly helpful , and patiant. So there was no one on site to sign off on all the dents and scratchs that were on the truck to prove that I did not do them. So it was just me & my wifes word .

Great location with Charlie as a bonus, great staff
Kelly RThe location is a storage facility and in not staffed on Sunday. The instruction is to leave the trailer outside to fenced lot. The only problem is the is insufficient room to part the trailer as another trailer was parked and left insufficient room even if it had been parked correctly. The lot has a very steep incline and it was impossible to get into the slot. I was forced to abandon the trailer in the middle of the acces to the slot which I am sure would have been a headache for the staff on Monday morning and I am sure they would have some choice words for my return.
