Drop-off process was fine, but I received an unprofessional call before my scheduled return time asking me to bring the truck back early so it could be used for another customer. I had rented the truck for the contracted time and still needed it.

I showed up at 12:45 and they supposedly close at 1pm but no one was there. I had to pull the biggest trailer off my hitch alone and I hurt my back doing it.
