Front end of uhaul was so bad that it strayed all over the road. Brakes jerked the vehicle to the right every time you used them. Vehicle was unsafe and customer service wanted to make a long protracted problem out of it. I eventually ended up just driving it anyway and hurried to get rid of it.

Aaron MI wish I could remember her name, but the pickup location in medina was excellent. She went absolutely above and beyond to accommodate me. Even if it costs me more, I will do my best to go through her for all of my future U-haul needs.
